Hey ladies! I’m Lauren Brown — your new go-to coach here at Extreme Gym 

 

I’m the founder of SAS Coaching, which stands for Sustainable Adaptable Strategies — because I believe building your dream body shouldn’t come at the cost of your lifestyle, social life, or sanity. 

 

My mission is to help ambitious women sculpt strong, feminine physiques in a way that’s realistic, enjoyable, and long-term. No crash diets, no extremes — just results you can actually maintain.

 

With over 5 years in the fitness space and experience as a bikini bodybuilding athlete, I’ve walked the walk. 

 

I know what it’s like to want more from your body and your training — and I’m here to help you get there with the structure, support, and strategy you need.

 

I specialise in coaching women who are ready to level up — whether that’s learning how to lift properly, understanding how to fuel your body without restriction, or finally feeling confident in your own skin.

 

My services are hybrid, meaning you get the best of both worlds:

✅The option to book in for regular 1:1 sessions as part of your coaching, or

JACK SANDERSON

Hi, I'm Jack, a fully qualified personal trainer, fitness instructor, and nutritionist working out of Extreme Gym in Paisley.

 

My fitness journey started with a love for weight training at 16, but it took a personal transformation to truly understand the power of dedicated training and nutrition.

 

After realising my own fitness needed a serious overhaul, I committed to a complete lifestyle change, resulting in a 30kg body fat reduction and a dramatic improvement in my overall health and well-being.

 

This experience not only transformed my physique but also dramatically boosted my self-confidence.

 

Now, I'm passionate about guiding others—both men and women—to achieve their fitness goals and surpass their own expectations.

 

I believe in a balanced and realistic approach, celebrating every small win along the way. I'll work with you to design a progressive training program, provide nutritional guidance, and offer consistent support to keep you accountable.

Hi, I’m Scott – Founder of SDE Coaching.

I’m an online coach and personal trainer based at Extreme Gym Paisley, with nearly a decade of training experience behind me.

 

Over the years, I’ve grown both personally and professionally through my own fitness journey – from learning the ropes in the gym to stepping on stage and competing in bodybuilding competitions. 

 

This first-hand experience has given me a deep understanding of what it takes to build lasting results.

Hi, I’m Nicole!

 

I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer, but first and foremost, I’m a busy mum who knows what it’s like to put yourself last. At one point, I was juggling three jobs, two kids, and a household—yet I still found a way to prioritise my health, fitness, and wellbeing.

 

For the past five years, I’ve been training, learning, and pushing through the same challenges many people face every day: lack of time, energy, and motivation. That journey has shaped my mission—to help others (especially busy mums) rediscover themselves, regain their confidence, and feel strong again.

 

I truly believe that if I can do it, you can too. With the right support, guidance, and realistic strategies that fit into your life, anything is possible. It’s not about perfection—it’s about progress and building sustainable habits that last a lifetime. And I’ll be with you every step of the way.
